Day Of Wedding Package Basic

Services start at $500, typically 6 hours of service which includes:

  • Time tables and deliveries with vendors are confirmed 3-4 weeks before wedding, again one week before, and again day before
  • The agenda you have created is confirmed with vendors, and I ensure that it flows the way you intended on your wedding day
  • Decorations are carried out to your specifications. This includes table settings, flower placement, sign-in table decorations at reception and lighting candles if any.  Also includes ensuring flower placement at ceremony, and bridal party has the flowers delivered on time and pinned to appropriate party.
  • Organizes the procession and recession on wedding day
  • Coordinates with photographer to ensure that the pictures you are most interested in are taken
  • Hands Wedding Program to guest as they arrive, and directs them to appropriate area
  • Will run video montage or play specific music as instructed, or ensure that musicians start on time, or DJ starts on time
  • Holds the tip envelopes and settles with vendors after the wedding

For an additional $150
  • Organizes the Rehearsal procession and recession
  • Confirms dates and time, location and directions with Bridal Party and/or Officiant one week prior to Rehearsal, and again one day before
  • Handles all issues during Rehearsal so you don't have to!


Day Of Wedding Package Plus
Services start at $750, typically 8 hours of service which includes:

Same as Basic Package including

  • Arrive at your hotel two hours before Ceremony to be at your service, whether it’s helping you and your bridesmaids get ready, to coordinating deliveries of flowers at hotel, arrival of transportation, ensuring certain photos, handling emergencies.  You will have more of my time specifically catering to your needs.


Day Of Wedding Package Premier

Services start at $1,000, typically 10 hours of service which includes:
Same as Wedding Day Package Plus including:

  • Assistance with up to 3 vendors that you have not chosen as of yet such as transportation, chocolate fountain, DJ.
  • Pictures will be taken throughout your day, and a photo montage will be displayed as guest arrive to your reception.
  • A Photo CD will be mailed to you within one week of your wedding

In addition to above, Your Dream Day handles full service wedding planning.  Full service includes site selection, all vendors selection and negotiation, theme selection, and full organization of decorations, flowers, rentals and agenda.  Prices start at 20% of budget with a deposit of $2,500 to get started.

Catering Services provided by “Catering by Chez Roma” who’s chefs are from world renowned top local restaurants and who are currently working for us.  The menu specialty is Italian and All American.  If you can think it, they can create it.
